Heltio
Our own product: software for running a physiotherapy and osteopathy practice. Scheduling and online booking, clinical notes, exercise programmes, payments and invoicing, in the browser and in a mobile app. GDPR-compliant, data kept in the EU. Proof that a system built for one business can grow into a product.
Kosmed
An authorised distributor of ultrasound and MRI systems. A CRM the whole team works in: customers, sales pipeline, PDF quotes and service, with service reports signed on a phone. Plus two bilingual product sites, more than 500 pages.

A marina on the Vistula needed online booking for river cruises and kayak rentals. Customers book and pay by BLIK or card, the staff get their own panel, and reminders go out by SMS.
Byyk Street
A burger place in Brzeszcze needed online ordering wired into their Dotykačka POS. Web orders print straight in the kitchen, land on the till, and the menu always matches what's actually available.

Who builds it
I'm Dawid Adamski, a developer from Brzeszcze in southern Poland. For the last few years I've been customising ERP systems for individual companies: their orders, stock and invoicing. I know what software a business runs on all day looks like, and what happens when it stops keeping up.
unlokers is my studio. You talk to me, and I'm the one who writes your system. If something stops working, you call the person who built it.
How a project goes
- A call, then a quote. Half an hour on the phone about how your business works and what gets in the way. Within 48 hours you get the price, the deadline and the scope in writing.
- The build. Every week you get a link to the working version and check what's new yourself. You give feedback as you go.
- Hand-off. The code, the accounts and documentation any developer after us can follow. The repository sits on your account from day one. Ongoing support, if you want it, is agreed separately.
The price is fixed and agreed before we start. What it comes to depends on the scope: a CMS website and an order system wired into a till are very different projects. If the work turns out bigger than we estimated, that's on us, not on you.

Common questions
We already run on spreadsheets and an app that isn't enough. Can you move us over?
In most cases, yes. We migrate the data from your spreadsheets, your old system or your inbox into the new one, and the old tools are switched off only once the new system genuinely works. Nobody runs two systems in parallel longer than necessary.
How fast can you start?
Usually within two weeks. If it's urgent, ask anyway. Sometimes we can move things around, and when we can't, we'll say so and point you to someone we trust.
Do I own the code?
Yes, all of it. The repository sits on your account from day one, so even if we stopped working together tomorrow, you'd lose nothing.
What if I'm not technical?
Most of our clients aren't, and it has never been a problem. You talk about orders, customers and stock, and we take care of the technical side.
